WHO WE ARE?

History

It was created on August 15th, 2011, the same day in which we celebrate an anniversary of the founding of our first city, Villa de Baracoa.

VISION

We are a referential restaurant when talking about Cuban cuisine, known by its innovation and continuous search for our culinary and gastronomic roots.

MISION

We are a family that works with the traditional, local, and regional Cuban cuisine and cocktails presented according to the new trends with a humble customer service in a warm Cuban environment.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

To accomplish results that allow work stability, development, and innovation when recovering our culinary traditions; and to obtain, in short and long terms, an increase of the presence of our brand both in the market of tour agencies and individual clients.
